Newly bought area by the SCC in AL. Looking forward to checking it out over Christmas break.
Everything is about to change.
As the date draws closer, I feel less & less prepared. I am moving into my apartment in Nashville, TN the 10th of August, but I must be out of my apartment in Birmingham, AL by the 31st of July. Luckily, I’ve found a fairly simple solution to this, & I’ll be living with Erin during the gap between moves. My acceptance to Lipscomb University’s College of Pharmacy has been such a huge accomplishment and relief. Of course, it has also brought on a whole new set of anxieties; where will I live, how will I afford to move, will I succeed, how will I take the distance from Erin, are just a few.
The excitement does outweigh the anxiety. In four years I will hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. This is something I’ve been working towards for quite some time & every bit of my hard work has been worth it. The time I spend in Nashville, will likely shape the rest of my life & I’m excited to see where it all takes me.
Looking forward to seeing how much of my indoor workouts will translate onto real rock.

Problem by the name of Skywalker (V8) I’d like to finish at some point this year. It’s such an aesthetically pleasing boulder. I’ve been working a few problems close to it and I catch myself wandering over and just staring at it.
